I can see why you think I am ranting about low views on my articles, but I have clearly mentioned at the beginning this is not about me at all.

This is about a fucked up curation system:

1. that doesn't give all your articles equal chance of distribution/

2. people deciding what other people should read when that power should be with the readers.

3. highly favoring certain kinda articles because curation here is skewed which forces writers to keep writing about the same articles.

4. that doesn't give an equal chance to new writers.

You can start today on youtube and if your content is good you can reach millions in a few months. there are lot of examples for that.. tell me that this happens on medium..

Unless the current system changes, people are going to get fed up soon, like what happened with quora.
